olio is committed to delivering your products quickly and reliably through respective supplier. Please review the details below carefully:
1. Shipping Destinations
All orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered directly by the respective third-party brands and suppliers globally subject to availability of courier/postal service in your area.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We assure that our suppliers are partner with trusted couriers like DHL, TCS, Leopard, Postex, Call-Courier and Pakistan Post;
o Standard Shipping within Pakistan: ~ PKR 250/- (5~7 business days)
o International Shipping: ~ PKR 7999/- up to 1 KG box (5~15 days)
3. Order Processing
· Orders are processed within 24 hours.
· You’ll receive a confirmation email or notification with tracking details once your order ships.
4. Delivery Timelines
Generally all orders are delivered within 2–7 business days.
Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. We’ll keep you updated via email or WhatsApp.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
· Lost Shipments: If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeline, contact us within 30 days. We’ll investigate with the product supplier and may offer a refund or replacement accordingly.
· Damaged Items: Report damaged items within 2 days of receiving with photos, preferably video clip. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per supplier's Refund Policy.
