Returns & Refunds policy
Our Refund Policy outlines the process for returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased on olio.pk. Please review the details below:
Post order product delivery, fulfillment, and after-sales obligations rest solely with the third-party supplier, and olio.pk disclaims any liability related to these transactions other than coordination between the buyer and the supplier.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer facilitation support for refunds or exchanges only to eligible orders under the following conditions:
· Timeframe: Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
· Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
· Eligible Products: Most items (e.g., gadgets, fashion accessories) are eligible unless marked as “final sale” on the product page.
· Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, digital products, or items marked as non-returnable or damaged by the customer are not eligible.
NOTE: We, olio.pk, reserve the final decision to approve or disapprove refund request after investigating the dispute between buyer and the third-party supplier.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact us at olio.multibrands@gmail.com or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide a return address depending on your location and the product supplier.
3. Ship the item back within 3 days of receiving return approval, according to the instructions using a suggested trackable courier (e.g., TCS, DHL, Leopard etc.)
4. Include the order number and proof of purchase in the package.
3. Refund Processing
· Once we or the supplier receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp.
· Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days to your original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, or digital payment).
· Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective, expired, incorrect or covered in supplier's return policy.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll coordinate with the supplier to cover reasonable shipping costs. You may choose:
· A full refund, including shipping costs.
· A replacement item, subject to availability.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange for a different size, color, or item. You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For COD payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile payment (e.g., JazzCash, Easypaisa etc). Provide accurate banking details to avoid delays and errors.
NOTE: Please note, olio will not be responsible for refund transaction made to wrong bank account due to incorrect transaction details provided by the customer (i.e. Bank Name, Account Number etc.)
